Pet Salon, you agree to the terms of service
listed below.
Mobile Grooming
Appointment Scheduling
At the time of service, all clients are required to pre-book their next appointment (within 4-12 weeks) or to select the auto pre-book option to continue receiving service. Failure to pre-book may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.Cancellations
Two (2) cancellations within a calander year will result in denial of service. Paws Pet Salon requires a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment are charged the full price of time booked. Cancellation fee must be paid prior to booking addtional appointment(s).Auto pre-book (Paws Pet Salon automatically schedules repeat grooming
sessions per your time interval)
If you select to automatically pre-book your grooming sessions, a credit card on file (stored within credit card processing center) is required. You also agree to allow access to your pet(s) should you be unavailable when groomer arrives. All new clients are required to auto pre-book to continue using our services.Arrival window
When you book your grooming session, you will be given an arrival window. You are required to be available during the arrival window period. Should there be any changes to your arrival window on the day of your appointment, you will be contacted.Photos
All photos taken by Paws Pet Salon staff are wholey owned by Paws Pet Salon and can be used for any promotional medium (web, facebook, etc.).Mobile facility
Due to safety and liability reasons, customers are not allowed to remain within the mobile grooming van during the grooming appointment.
